Phone number not activated?

I have activated a new line with Fizz over 2 weeks ago, Everything on the fizz Dashboard seems like the line is activated but when i try to call that number or put the sim card in i have no service and there is a message saying there is no member on that line. I have paid the plan price already and activated the sim online but still no service in my phone.

You need to contact customer service directly to see if something has gone wrong with your account activation or if you have a defective SIM. 2 weeks? You're quite patient!8

I have no idea how to contact them. I tried on many occasion. I had this issue already they activated in on my dashboard byt the actual line is not active. Honestly i am getting really frustrated because i have paid for the plan already but haven't used it.9

Follow that link. Make sure that you're logged into your account and that any ad blockers are switched off. The chat bubble (green) popped up quickly for me in the lower right hand corner.8 -
The phone is fully unlocked. I bought it unlocked.9

When contacting Fizz via the chat bubble, make sure you don't block cookies on your browser.
If you use an ad blocker, add Fizz to your whitelist. Otherwise, you won't be able to contact them.7 -
That is understandably frustrating, Just to test things, have you tried putting the sim in another phone7
