Port fowarding problem?

I need to open port 1802 to allow incoming connections to play a game named Fantasy Grounds. I went in the router settings under port fowarding and created a rule that i think should work.
But when i run https://canyouseeme.org/ , my port is still closed.
Can someone help me open port 1802?

Young Panawan received my knowledge : Fantasy Grounds requires port 1802 to be open from the Internet to the machine hosting your game. Go to the Open Port Check Tool at CanYouSeeMe.org. Type 1802 in the Port field, and click the Check button. After a few seconds, the site will tell you whether that port is open from the Internet to your internal network.6

Does your 192.168.2.11 have a firewall ?
It it does then you have to open that port on 192.168.2.11 as well.6 -

Yes, i have tried that. That is how i know the port is still blocked. Have configured my port fowarding properly? Is the some manuals anywhere?6 -
Ensure your local IP address 192.168.0.11 is the correct one.
