not able to make and receive phone call today

In montreal area, and since this morning I am not be able to receive and make any phone calls. The signal level seems perfect, and the phone has been up for running for quite a while with Fizz network. Restarting the phone does not solve the issue.
Anyone has the same issue today?

    You are not alone. Others today have mentioned issue with SMS and possibly calling as well.


    Check the usual possible problem areas:

    - Fizz account is okay, plan is active in good standing?

    - Restart phone. Try enabling airplane mode, wait 1 min, then disable.

    - Is mobile data working?


    If you cannot resolve the issue, you can contact Fizz support.

      • You're active on a help page such as

    • Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.

    Well it’s the same for me since 8 am. Still no service at 2 pm !!!! This is ridiculous.
