I’m in Montreal, though not exactly in the same area and my home internet works fine. I would suggest to contact the support team if it’s still down.5

Is there any power outage or fallen trees nearby?
Here is latest update from: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

IMPORTANT: Due to poor weather conditions over the last few days, some Fizz members in several Quebec regions are experiencing problems with their Home Internet service.
Our teams are in place to restore the situation as soon as Hydro-Québec's technicians have completed their work. Please note that the Internet service may take a few hours to return to normal once electricity has been restored. Our mobile services are all fully functional.

Can't hurt to contact Fizz support. If they don't help you getting up and running, then at least they might give you a timeline for a resolution.4

You can have a look on the Hydro Quebec outage/problems map. See if there is breakdown around your area. Maybe you have electricity but less important services might be no repaired yet
