find activation code for an old but unused sim card?

So I have a sim card with my phone. I never activated it, but I don't have it's activation code. How can I find the activation code for this unused sim card so I can activate it with Fizz?

My SIM cards have the code printed right on them. Not sure if they did the same thing for the older SIMS.
