As for the customer service, you can get in touch in them by chat. Fizz is able to keep it’s operations cost down by spending less in customer service, in turns, it cost less for the customer. It all depends on what you are looking for.

Many companies have less expensive service with customer service and i have issues 5 times a month also chat does not work and via facebook also
