Unplug the modem for a minute. Try plugging it into another outlet, one that you know is working.
Btw are you using a surge protector for your modem? If not, it is possible the blackout may have zapped your modem.
In this case, the modem will need to be replaced.

Try to troubleshoot. It could be that the power outage fried something in the modem.
It could also be the power outlet.
If you’re sure it’s the router/modem, contact support as soon as possible11 -
With all the wind in the region can be a problem with the cable distribution7

If no lights, then a problem is with the modem unit or the plug. Check your household breaker or try another appliance in that wall plug.
Other possibility, as mentioned is that your modem is dead, should there have been a power/signal surge. Look to see the troubleshooting steps for your particular modem. There might be a user accessible fuse that you can inspect.

After plugging the modem into a working outlet, you should start to see at least the power light come on.
The Fizz modem does not have any user serviceable parts.
Customers must contact Fizz support to get the modem tested/replaced.
