am i the only one who cannot find where to enter the activation reference code?

I ordered my SIM card first time like a month ago during the stabilization period, and then it got lost and didn't receive it, so I ordered another one and after receiving it I received an email as well telling me I can use a reference code to receive $25 off my 3rd monthly bill; but it seemed and still seems impossible to find the space for entering it; i wrote to fizz about it and still couldnt see the space they described for me.. now i still have not activated my SIM as i dont see the space for the reference code, and worse, i lost the stabilization period prices/rates!! which is not at all fair! ((((

When activating, you can see the line to put the referral code, just above the line that shows you the taxes for your plan.

I don't understand though why i still don't see it.. is it after you add the credit card? like at the very last step? Or at the more early steps where you are actually customizing the plan?

The refence code can be entered toward the end of your activation process after you have confirmed your plan but before the submit

In the screen where appears the taxes you are paying.
