Why is my activation still pending?

I received my SIM card on sunday and followed all the steps to have my number transfered from Rogers to fizz. I ented my activation code for my SIM card and chose and plan and it said I had to wait maybe 2 hours before I received an email from Fizz saying I could pop my SIM card in. I never got that email and on wednesday, my services were cut with rogers. Long story short, Rogers unlocked my phone and I was able to put my sim card in and everything is working in terms of network. However, on my profil it still says that my activation is pending and when I enter again my SIM card activation number is says it's active with a user... I'm super confused on what i'm supposed to do now.
