if I make a call to Gatineau and I have a Quebec plan, will it be included or I will be charged? It's so close to Ottawa, I just wanted to make sure...

As long as you're in Quebec, you can call any Quebec number. It's included in your plan.

 

If you attempt to make a long distance call or a call that is not included with your plan, Fizz will use the funds from your wallet. If you did not specifically add any money in your wallet, your long distance call will not go through. Fizz is a prepaid service.

Gatineau is in Quebec but just FYI it says here (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area) that: "The Quebec coverage area also includes the Ottawa region". So there's nothing to worry about it's included in your plan.
Also if you make a call outside your coverage area you won't be "charged" because it just won't go through... That is if you don't have any balance in your "Wallet".

You can make calls to Gatineau for sure, as it is in Quebec, but also as @Attariyah pointed out, the Quebec Coverage area includes Ottawa, so you would be able to call Ottawa too at no additional cost!
