Yes it is compatiable!
Which frequencies must my phone support?
For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)

Same as my Xiaomi Redmi 6 Global. Supports Fizz LTE band 4 but also bands 2 and 5 which are readily used in the USA. And rapidly switches from 4G to 3G when making a phone call and LTE signal is weak. Only one issue with my Redmi 6: does not display LTE in the upper line of my phone, nor in Android Auto. But doing a Speedtest. I get 60Mb/sec download which is LTE speed. See attached my partial frequency listing obtained in band mode menu (dial *#*#3646633#*#* on phone keypad)9
