Is there anyone else that has his upgrades desactivated ? My upgrade slots have disappeared ...

I also have upgrades but cant add them because there is no slots. If someone can help would be much appreciated!

You get to unlock upgrade slots as you get more points. The second slot is unlocked at level 3 and the third slot is unlocked at level 5.

I understand that part. What i find weird is that i had already my first slot and was using a250mb upgrade. When i checked my usage history, that upgrade was not being added to my monthly data plan although it was active on my first slot and now all the 3 slots ( the one that i had unlocked and 2 locked), disappeared9

No i am not. Still have 23 days left. I noticed it a few months ago and it has been like this eversince.6

Hmm.. that's strange. I didn't experience this kind of problem when applying/using upgrades. Try to contact Fizz customer support, they should be able to fix the problem.7

Someone else here in forum mentioned the same issue. Sounds like a glitch.
Best to contact Fizz support to straighten it out.

I have a similar issue. I contacted support. They told me that it should be fixed on my next billing cycle1
