Got new sim, can't make calls, keep getting error notice

My phone was stolen on vacation, I reported it stolen, Fizz blocked my sim. I ordered a new one and a new phone. Activated the sim, put it into my new phone, but it won't work, I keep getting an error when I dial out, it says "vous n'avez pas accès à ce service".
I've been trying to contact customer support on facebook and on the help page, but the pop up bubble never appears and they don't reply on facebook. Can anyone help?

    You need to clear the cache of your computer /phone, unblock cookies because you need to chat with Fizz to get it resolved
