"Sorry, the password you entered is incorrect. Please try again"
I am trying to use the Fizz Wi-Fi application on my mobile phone. I keep trying to put the modem password in but I always get the same error message: "Sorry, the password you entered is incorrect. Please try again"
The password I am inputting is correct, I've used it on all of my devices to connect to my Wi-Fi. However, in the application on my phone, the password doesn't seem to work. Nor does the password "password", as instructed in the application.

You can try to connect with a browser in order to check your password, go on this page 192.168.0.1
Then navigate to the Admin tab and under the Management change there the password for the login.
You can also reset the modem to is default configuration
If there's any issue with the connection, restart both devices (the Fizz Wi-Fi modem and your personal router).
If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for ten (10) seconds.

Unfortunately, when I try to log in to 192.168.0.1 with admin and admin as the username and password, I get an error message saying:
"Login Failed
Access denied."
The username and password are correct because when I use another username and password the message reads:
"Login Failed
Wrong username or password".
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.7 -

When I input cusadmin as the username it does not work. Now the messages reads "Login Failed
Wrong username or password. You have (X) times chance left."
I have tried all of the possible passwords, including admin, cusadmin and my Wi-Fi7 -

To log in, use the following credentials:
Username: cusadmin
Password: (enter the new password you chose)

I'm really sorry but none of the passwords that I regularly use work. I have only two tries left.
What will happen if I run out of tries? Can I start again?6 -
It seems you have 2 choices.
1. Delete the wifi app from your phone. And start over.
2, Reset the Fizz modem by holding down the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
