No service when travel to Ontario?

I have canada wide plan but I only had partial service when I was not in Quebec. Data feature not available but calling features were okay. Anyone else has the same problem?

I live in Ottawa, and spent the weekend about 2 hours to the west near Bancroft. Voice and data worked fine. As mentioned, check if data is turned ON, as well as roaming ON.

Yes, it might be just that. By default the data roaming option is off on most phones.

You should switch it to Fizz ext. or Better turn your phone to automatically switch.

Roaming needs to be turned on for Fizz data to work outside of Quebec (and Ottawa).

it happens to me too so I just reboot the phone and then it works

You should also try to put your phone in airplane mode for 20 seconds and put it back to normal. This action prompts the phone to find networks.

By default, roaming is off on most phones. Turn roaming on for Fizz and keep it on.

And if problem persists, try manually selecting another FIZZ EXT network.

Be sure to have your roaming on. Is your plan canada-wide coverage? or just quebec?

As long as the settings of your phone are correct, you shouldn't have a problem.
