Level 3 for 2nd slot.
Level 5 for 3rd slot.14 -
Your 2nd slot unlocks when you accumulate 4500 total points (i.e level 3). Then you can combine the two upgrades.16

Yes you can!
Once you get to level 5, you'll be able to use 3 rebate upgrades: $1 off, $2 off and $2 off.
Level 9 is the sweet spot. You will be able to swap out some of the upgrades to get $7 off ($2 off, $2 off and $3 off).
