My credit card illegally charged even after my service was cancelled a month ago?

Hello all,
I cancelled my services but my credit card charged again.
Please check your credit card statements for a while after cancelling your service with Fizz. you may get charged as well.

    • The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
    • Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

    CONTACT FORM

    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

    Contact Fizz Support. If you don't get a satisfactory resolution, then you can contact your credit card to have the charges reversed. I don't think you will need to do the latter though, as I have found Fizz Support to quite good to me so far.

    Hello all,
    Thank you all for your answers but their system has some sort of problem, and they could charge your CC even after you cancel your account. You need to check your CC statement to make sure there is no unauthorized charges from Fizz. I am not sure how many other clients were charged after they cancelled their account with Fizz
