I joined Fizz initially because of the incredible prices during the stabilization period but the more I explore the services the more Im amazed by this company!
I absolutely love the customizable aspect of the mobile plans!!
One of my absolutely favourite things about Fizz is the networking, the community, the fact that we can help each other out, encourage each other, & give to each other! Not only that, everyone benefits from it! So I wanted to start a thread so people can share their favourite aspects bout Fizz

You might be double charged for no reason.9

I can only speak for the home internet, but it works great and the price is unbeatable. The only time that I ever had to speak with any of my previous ISP's was to cancel. So why pay extra for a service that you rarely use.10

I guess most of us are with Fizz because of the prices ;-) but the data rollover, data gifting and the upgrades are good too.
The less fun part are billing issues.11 -

For its uniqueness. Data gift, rollover, perks, upgrade and the commuity. Also the fact that I don’t need to go to a physical store to get a plan. Plus their amazing support (My card didn’t work) and it has the best price on the market.11

all the features and prices introduce by Fizz are great except for the long delay support services and many many bugs like billing issues, website issues...7

Not to mention the great community support
And the live customer chat that has worked well for me (way better than waiting on hold trying to reach customer service).

Okay, seriously, the pricing, rollover, upgrades, and referral credits are all pretty great. When they work.5 -
I like that I save 20$/month for the same thing I was getting previously as well as the data rollover. I don't always use all my data but then some months I'll go through so much data (usually when internet cuts out at work) so it's nice to have a couple extra gig for when that happens.5
