How to replace my broken SIM card？

My SIM card do not connect to the fizz. The problem has occurred the day before. After I pulled the card out and reinserted, the network was restored, but today the SIM card suddenly cannot connect to the network again. I reinsert the card but still can't connected to the network, I think the SIM card is broken, how to replace a new one?
