How long for badges to apply?

how long does it take for a badge to apply to your account?

Once you have earned the badge, you should get it the same day.

 

You will get some points for earning each badge. Other than that, the badges are decoration.

 

Let us know if there is particular badge you are looking for or if it's missing.

There are bugs associated with certain badges. For example, I bought a travel add-on recently, but I haven't received the Traveler badge. Contacted support, and they activated it.
In the past we didn't receive dinosaur badges automatically, so we had to contact support to activate them. This one probably should be fixed by now.
So if you should get a badge, but you haven't received it, you need to contact support and ask to activate the badge.

@Khal: you get points for each badge. From my observation - 100 points per badge.

I have seen anywhere from 1 minute to 2 months. (And I think even more for some people).
I think that if you did not get it right away it’s best to contact support

Badges apply right away, but I had a bug with one badge and Fizz corrected it after I signaled it to them by Facebook messenger.
