Welcome to double billing, Jeedy.
My mobile account was billed twice last cycle. I haven't received any refund more than a month later. The finance department has been working very hard on it.
I believe there is only 1 employee in this department working with pen. and paper4 -

@MT Fizz make take 5-6 weeks to provide a refund, but that is not a reasonable delay to expect to wait! I have been accidently double charged by another online merchant, and they put a refund through the moment I contacted them and they looked at their records to confirm a double charge. It only took a few days for my credit card processing to complete the refund, but it showed as pending almost immediately.3
