Try to change the browser if it does not help you need to contact the support

Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program, if you are not connect login
The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

What level you are? you should have at least one slot, most probably after the account change you lost your slot, try to contact Fizz or open a ticket8

Ya, you should have at least one slot, maybe even more depending on your level. If you have 0 then I would recommend reaching out to support.9

As mentioned above, once activated for new account, we have one slot to apply the upgrade.

Do you see your slots and they are all locked or you don't see the slots at all? You should see 3 slots and at least one unlock, the other ones locked.3

I have not seen this issue before.
Looks like issue resulted from separating your accounts.
Please contact Fizz support and let us know how it will be resolved.
As a simple solution, perhaps Fizz can create a new account for you.

I just activated my account this morning, and my number was ported 3 hours later. Still was not able to apply the reward. Tried a couple of times after that and it finally worked.2
