Keep getting error Try another shipping address. The address you entered is outside our shipping zone.

Its possible that your address is outside of the normal network coverage, maybe in a partner network zone.That happened for a friend of mine, and your usage shouldn't be more than 50% use on partner networks "Fizz EXT" for more than 3 months or they will send you a notice and may suspend service in partner networks.
Chat with them to see if that is the case.

Your must reside in Quebec (province) or greater Ottawa area to be able to subscribe to Fizz mobile.
If your address is outside of the subscription area, the SIM card will not be shipped there.
