Emergency Cancel?

Hi,
I just ordered and paid fro Fizz, they are coming to install next week, but I have just taken a contract position and am moving. I need to cancel asap.
How do I do it?

    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
