How many points awarded for the Cha-ching badge (adding money to wallet)?

Wondering how many points for this badge. Currently at 1418/1500 and trying to reach Level 1 for a reward. Wondering if worth putting $5 into my wallet for this badge. Guess the $5 will be more or less lost since don't have any pay-per-use need for that wallet money and it can't be used for the monthly bill. But....perhaps worth it if the reward at Level 1 is decent (I think it's 250GB added monthly).

I suppose it's more or less 100 points for this one. More points are awarded for referral and data gifting badges.
If you want to level up faster, you should participate in the community ;-)
