Why does my Mastercard Debit Card not work?

I have a mastercard debit card. Why does it not work? Can an option not be added? I live in Quebec.

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card, or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit cards are also not accepted.

just contact customer service:
-Log into your Fizz account
-Then, make your way to the Solution Hub.
-With the help of the search tool, access the help FAQ related to your issue. The chat bubble will appear in the lower right-hand corner.
-Check that you're within the business hours of our Customer Service team, or else the chat bubble won’t appear.

You need the same address you give to fizz

Is the billing address for this MasterCard that you are using inside Fizz coverage area? If it’s not, I’m pretty sure it will give an error.
