The wifi doesnt work

I did all the steps the lights match but I can't connect ?

    I agree to reset it to factory. usually there is a Botton in the back , you need a pen to hold it for 10 seconds to reset.

    Is this a new installation?

     

    You may have to do some troubleshooting to determine the problem.

     

    - Can you connect a computer to the Fizz modem via ethernet cable? You will be able to check if the internet is working.

     

    - Go to 192.168.0.1 on your browser. Logon with user cusadmin and the password that was given to you. You can be able to check your wifi status and see your password

     

    - Do you have another device (phone, tablet, etc) you can check the wifi with?
