It seems compatible, you have the 850 and 1900 HSPA and B4

I am a bit suspicious
LTE band has B4
,but B4 is missing in 3G7 -
Band 4 applies only to LTE network.
For 3G, Fizz uses HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies, which are both supported as per the specs you quoted.

I thought Fizz/Videotron use 1700/2100 on 3G2
