How long will activation after choosing a number take?

I just got my sim inntnhe mail and went through the activation process. I chose a phone number and ive been waiting for an email but i havent gotten it. How long do i have to wait?

sometimes the emails go straight to the spam folder.
Did you try to insert the sim in your phone?
