Travelling to multiple areas of does my travel ad-don work in these areas.
It shows on my plans "view" Korea, but not sure if this data will carry over when I am in Hong Kong.
Please advise.

See by yourself on those pictures, south Korea and Hong Kong are in the same zone Asia / oceania, so they are suppose to work well at both place8

It should be. It will be the same zone. I had one in Thailand, and I can still use the left data add-on in China

As you can see, the travel Add-on for Zone Asia/Oceania covers several countries.
So the same travel add-on will give you mobile data in both Korea and Hong Kong.
Remember to enable roaming on your phone and you may need to manually select FIZZ-EXT carrier in some countries if auto network isn't working.
