i cant send mms what can i do?

I cannot send pictures via sms.
My phone its a Samsung 7.

    You have data in your plan ?
    You have activated your mobile data on your phone ?

    MMS stands for Multimedia Messaging Service. With a MMS, you can send a message including pictures, video or audio content to another device. MMS does require a data package.
