LTE stopped working after Fizz fixed my calling and texting.

Hi I contacted fizz about my outgoing calls and texts, they fixed it and when they did that my LTE stopped working, I'm paying for these services and they aren't working, I tried reinserting my sim for the automatic parameters and that didn't work, I did it manually and it didn't work either. I know it works on my phone because it did before. Can anyone help me as I've tried to get the chat bubble since yesterday and nothing. I cant use facebook or twitter. Any suggestions help. Thanks.

    You have to contact them again.

    Did you try restarting the phone ?

    The text with the APN parameters will probably arrive later today, Then try restarting your phone too.

     

    Double check the data settings on your phone.

     

    If problem persists, contact Fizz suppport again to explain what happened.
