I have a Pocophone; I'm only able to get H+ or 3G sometimes. I need help get 4g; anyone know what to

I have looked through the forums and tried the solutions (like using a different APN) but i'm still getting very slow connections. Its been a few weeks; what should I do?
PS I am located in Montreal. I have the Pocophone

What do you mean right model? its the f1; and sure, but I rarely even get 3G!

Scroll down until you get the frequencies of canadian wireless providers. Look at Vidéotron who's the owner of Fizz.

You'll see that the only frequency your Xiaomi Pocophone F1 will work with is the Band 7 (2600) and that's a secondary frequency. The main frequency used by Fizz is the Band 4 (1700/2100).

I'm pretty sure you won't get 4G/LTE very often with this smartphone on Fizz network and even with partners networks in Canada.

Pocophone dosnt has band 4. I think will be 3G or H+ only.
