Any fixes yet for apps that can't connect to LTE?

I'd like to use my data. I have several GBs and I would simply like to play FFBE. It ought to work given that I can connect to my BMO account, finally. I paid for a certain amount of 4g thinking I would be able to use it on mobile gaming. A fair assumption I presume. Any fixes??

    Is it possible your IP address (LTE) is banned?

     

    Try using wifi only and see if the game is working on your phone.

     

    Now try connecting to 3G network only to see if changing IP works?

    only the game not working ? hoe about the internet ? Can you open the internet ?
