You have to contact Fizz support so they can reset the limit for you.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card, or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit cards are also not accepted.
Once your payment method has been added to your Fizz account, you must associate it to each plan you want to pay with that card. That is not done automatically. To associate your payment method to each of your plans:
1. Log into your Fizz account.
2. Select the plan, and click on Manage/Payment methodIMPORTANT
When you enter the information for your payment method, the billing address associated to your card must correspond to the address you declared to your bank for that card. The right info must be entered in the corresponding fields, and the address needs to be 100% identical. Pay attention to the following items:
- The name of the street (Ave, avenue)
- Special words (Saint, St, Ste)
- Hyphens
- Spaces
- Spelling

Very weird indeed. I had a somewhat similar issue. I was able to get through by using a different device to buy the sim. It felt as though their website recognized every attempt as a complete request.
If that fails then it might be best to write to support and get them to contact you.
Best of luck9 -
A friend had this same issue. He had to contact Fizz to solve the problem.
Do you have a fizz referral code to obtain 25$ bonus when activating your plan? If you need one, here's mine : NBW2F6 -
@Zhengzhao yes you have to contact Fizz support to fix this for you.
Fizz does set a limit, something like maximum 4 SIM cards per account.
Since you never ordered any, there is obviously a glitch.
Your other choice would be to start with a new account.

@Fling, you are going to confuse the OP.
You're just spamming the forum with the same reply and answering this question incorrectly.
Your answer mentions payment method whereas the OP's issue here is related to ordering SIM card.
Not only that, you have copy/pasted directly from my previous posts into your own
https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2088879-visa-prepaid-card
Can you at least add a few words of your own so that it isn't so obvious?

You can try to empty your device history or try on another device. Otherwise, I would say customer service is your best bet.
When it works you can use my referral code 4PJMD during choosing your plan and you will have 25$ off your 3rd bill.4 -
Hey, can you please let me know if Support was able to help with this? I had the same issue after ordering 1 SIM on my address, I sent the error to support and asked how many SIMs are allowed per address, if they could check as I don't think 1 is the maximum. But they replied to every email by quoting the error, absolutely no help at all. Very frustrating...4
