If activation has been completed online, then try restarting your phone.

It is only a matter of time. Mine was done in less than a minute and by boyfriend had to wait like 3 hours and we have the same phone. Different previous provider and we didn't do it at the same time. If you still don't have it, I would contact custumer service by chat, facebook or messenger though.5
