My sim card is not delivered

I received an email where my sim card was delivered but I didn't receive anything. I read in solution hub that I need to pay a new sim card. I payed twice and I need to contact with fizz for the return of money of my first sim card but I don't know how to write them.

Check your account to see if your address is correct, perhaps it was delivered to a wrong address
