Why didn't we receive $25 after refering someone?

I referred someone who activated her account but I didn't receive $25 and she didn't receive it neither. What's wrong?

Remember you need to wait 2 months in order to receive the 25$.

 
Did you check here my profile -> referral bonus? You should also have received an SMS and a message in your profile.

Contact the support to see if they can do something they are the only one that they can check further.
