You can find your account number on your Fizz account in several places.
- Manage Mobile Plan: Account ID shown at top
- Mobile Services agreement: Client number is dsplayed under your name and address (top left).
Be sure to also provide your name exactly as registered on Fizz account.
You Fizz mobile account must be kept active in order for any port request to complete.
Once complete, your Fizz mobile account will automatically close.
