How to make activation number work?

My phone was stolen so I now have a new phone and reordered a sim card. I went to activate the sim card but realized it was not the right link because this one was to get a new phone number when what I want is to replace and deactivate the stolen sim card and keep my phone number. So I quit that page after having used my activation number but not actually activating my card. Except that when I go to the right link to switch my number to a new sim acrd, it now says that my activation number is attributed to another member, probably because I used it already, but didn't actually get to the end of the activation.
How do I fix this? I want my activation number to work or to get a new one for the new sim card I received to replace the stolen sim card.

Since you cannot fix this, you can contact Fizz support for help.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

You have to do essentially what Mike and Fizzy said. First you should deactivate your lost SIM card so that your stolen phone can't be used.
To reactivate your activation number, you need to contact support for them to release that activation number. Last time I had to do that, it took about 12 hours.8 -
