I need to call a customer service line to ask some questions before moving to you company and I need a home wifi
There's no phone service. Everything is online. To reach the Fizz customer support, simply follow these easy steps.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
You can ask your questions here and people from the community can probably answer your questions6
You can also talk to FIZZ on facebook The chat bubble, FB and this form usually has pretty quick responses.

Fizz does not have a customer line for calls. They use online chat. Here's how to contact Fizz.

If you need to make a phone call to talk to customer service before joining Fizz instead of using the chat bubble or FB messenger or the community hub, I would guess that Fizz is not the company for you. They don't have a phone line for you to call.4
