I've paid for an Add-on to add data 500mb but there is no data (not travel data)?

    Did you configure the apn?
    If you have problem seeing on the web try to reset the cache or change the browser
  • It’s not a APN , I’ve paid but no data been added

    If you paid for the Add-on and it appears on your account, then it should work.

    Otherwise contact Fizz support for help.
