It is a bug you need to ask to the support, at the moment I do not think that it is at the top of their priority at the moment. Then you must have the 1 month and the 6 months too.

You can also fill a contact form from your account. Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

It's a common bug.
I have been with Fizz for many months now. And I have not received the 1 month or 6 months badge yet.
It's not really an issue... Guess I will eventually contact them about the badges.
