My service has been down since around noon on Friday the 6th of September. When/how can i get it bac

My service has been down since Friday, and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, and what could cause this and how to fix it. I would appreciate any help.

    Where are you located ? Try the troubleshooting Mike sent you
    no problem in Montreal Area for me
