Where my SIM card?

You have to order and pay for another SIM card here: https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/simcard/order
Once you you activated, you'll have to contact Fizz support to request $10 refund for the first SIM card that you did not receive.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. To chat with Fizz, make sure that:
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

If you need a referral code, this is mine 5JATM. You will receive 25$ after 2 months, no bad.

The same situation is here with me, courier company claims they delivered it, who is the genius at Fizz who approves deliveries left at Apartment building's front door?
The other question is how the delivery guy entered the building without receiving response from the buzzer? at least post Canada will put the little envelope in the mail box!
What is the point of making a second SIM card purchase if the envelope will be left again somewhere at the front door of an apartment building where large number of residents go in and out every hour?5 -
They should send the SIM in a envelop without the code and without saying this is a SIM card , the code should be send my email or leave it in the personal web area.4

Their CHAT hasn't been working all day, i submitted a complaint, let's see how long it takes for an answer, I think they'll suggest to buy another SIM and they'll refund for the lost one???
It will be delivered the same method!!!6 -
I sent mine to my mother-in-law since she is home and she lives in a quiet neighbour.3

Since we cannot seem to choose who will deliver our SIM card, your best option is to have it delivered to a safe location (relative, friend, work address, etc).
Afterwards you can request a refund for the SIM card you did not receive.

Why FIZZ doesn't use Canada Post for SIM card delivery? it will save both the customer and FIZZ a lot of head ache...
It's not a bright idea to leave the SIM card envelope in front door of an apartment building!!!2
