I received a referal code. New member & just created account. Where do I apply it.

You need to add when you create your plan, and the total with the taxes are shown.

Is it for mobile or internet?
For mobile, you need to order your SIM card first and when you receive it you activate it and you create your plan. The box for referral code will appear just above the total with taxes.
For internet it's when you choose your plan and make payment.

It is during the inscription. Once you see the page populated with the price including taxes. At that point you will be able to input the code.
