Sim Card not Delivered

I have seen in previous quetions that you guys have the same problem with the delivering of SIMS, I haven´t receceived it yet.
I ordered on august 29 and the delivery company says that they delivered alredy??? 4656175

    You should order a new one after receiving it ask for refund

    Please note that you have reached the Fizz community forums, where regular users such as you and I discuss our experiences with Fizz and help each other out as best we can.  Wile Fizz support may jump in from time to time this is not the most convienient way to get in touch with them.  It's not that we don't want to help (I wish I could), it's rather that the normal folks posting here literally do not have the means to assist you with something like this.

     

    Your best option is to get Fizz support on chat as Mike suggested.
