You plan does not permit this action?
Since yesterday, I cannot send text messages, make calls or receive calls. I get the error 38 when trying to send a text, and the above message when I try to make a call.
I have rebooted my phone. Connected and disconnected from the Fizz network. Tried my SIM card with someone else's phone (didn't help, same problems), chatted with 2 Fizz representatives, and still no solutions.
Help please!

Contact the support for mode help
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.

- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
