- Check the first section regarding Upgrades: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program
To apply an upgrade on your plan:
- Log into your account, and go to Overview.
- In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details.
- Open the tab in the lower right-hand corner.
- Select the upgrade and click on Apply.
- At that moment, you’ll see the white boxes below your plan start to move. Those are the slots where your upgrade can be applied.
- The slots with a + sign are ready to welcome your upgrade.
- If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.
- Some slots are locked and cannot welcome an upgrade yet. You’ll unlock these slots when you reach higher My Rewards levels
6. Select the slot by clicking on it.
7. Your upgrade will be activated on your plan at the start of your next payment cycle.
Here are some other things you can try:
- Click on the upgrade and drag it over your upgrade slot.
- Click on your empty upgrade slot first to select, then continue from there.
- Clear your browser cache and retry using incognito mode.
One of these should work. Good luck!

the application of a bonue is instant? of when you have clicked on it, it will be applied only the next billing cycle ?8
-
@Gswim: yes next cycle
When you remove it, it will be "pending removal".
In it's place, you can move another Upgrade which will be "pending activation".
Your upgrades can have any one of the following status:
- In use: you’re currently enjoying this upgrade every month. If you click on it, you’ll have the option to remove it from your plan.
- Pending activation: you chose to activate this upgrade, and it’ll be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle (and will, at that time, show the “active” status).
- Pending removal: this upgrade was active, and you chose to remove it from your plan, which will be done come your next payment cycle.
- Available: you can choose to activate it on one of your plans.

I agree with Mike. This voicemail upgrade is bugged. Lots of users complain that they have to contact the support for refund.
I would go for the data upgrades, which work perfectly for me except that they aren't rolled over to the next billing cycles as they are supposed to.7 -
@Mike and @Yelena: this was the case for me. I had free voicemail upgrade, but was charged for it. I would chat with Customer Support, they would open a ticket, and I would be refunded. Last time I asked, they said it should be fixed permanently and it was! Not user if fixed only for me or everybody.5

@Gswim: I had to ask Customer Support to credit the free voicemal several times, three (3) times if I look at my transaction history.
As for your second question, DO NOT REMOVE your voicemail. The upgrade simply cancels the 1$ fee for voicemail. And note that "free voicemail" upgrade is valid for 24 months.8 -
