Reset wifi password not working?

Hi, I just had my wifi installed this morning. The App told me my password is not strong enough, so I changed it. But after I changed it, k couldn't log in and get in wifi etc. Tried to disconnect and restart etc. Nothing works. Any ideas what to do? Thanks
